Prototype Evaluation Terms

This prototype of Six Steps is provided by Amphora Research Systems Limited (Company No. 04652280) for evaluation by members of The Better Conversations Foundation Ltd (Company No. 15602408) community. Both companies are registered in England and Wales.

This is a prototype provided for evaluation purposes only. The service is experimental, may contain errors, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. No commitment is made to provide any future version, feature, or continued access.

Access to this prototype is provided confidentially to The Better Conversations Foundation community. You agree not to share your login credentials, invite links, or screenshots of the service outside the community without prior written consent from Amphora Research Systems Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Six Steps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. About This Service

Six Steps is a tool for structured self-reflection.

It is not intended as a substitute for professional coaching, counselling, or therapy. The questions asked are prompts for personal exploration, not assessments of any kind.

If you need immediate support, please contact a support helpline or emergency services in your region.

3. Description of Service

Six Steps provides a structured self-reflection experience inspired by Emergent Knowledge techniques. Sessions are limited to:

  • Maximum 6 questions per session
  • Maximum 30 minutes per session
  • One active session at a time

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use the service only for personal self-reflection
  • Seek professional help if you need additional support
  • Respect the limitations of this tool as described in these terms

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Six Steps. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Six Steps service, the Six Spaces method, and associated design, features, and content (excluding your personal reflections) are owned by The Better Conversations Foundation Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Amphora Research Systems Limited provides technical development and hosting services.

Your reflections remain yours. We do not claim ownership of content you create during sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Amphora Research Systems Limited nor The Better Conversations Foundation Ltd shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to:

  • Any decisions you make based on your reflections
  • Any emotional distress experienced during or after using the service
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or data loss

9. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Neither Amphora Research Systems Limited nor The Better Conversations Foundation Ltd warrants that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amphora Research Systems Limited and The Better Conversations Foundation Ltd, and their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
